Notoo is an AI-powered learning and note-taking tool designed to help users transform materials such as PDFs, slides, webpages, videos, and pasted text into clear, structured notes for efficient review and understanding.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you have under applicable data protection laws.

We collect personal information through the following means:
You may register for Notoo using your email address or by signing in with a third-party account (such as Google). We collect the email address you provide directly.
If you choose to sign in via Google, we may receive limited profile information from that third party, such as your display name and profile image.
When you access or use Notoo, we automatically collect certain identifiers, including browser type and version, IP address, device model, operating system information, and cookie identifiers.
When you use Notoo's features, we process the content you submit to the Service, including uploaded files, pasted text, URLs, prompts, and related inputs. This information is processed solely to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Services.
When you submit product feedback or report an AI-generated content issue, we store the feedback text, ticket conversation, page and language, client version, and limited server-side diagnostic metadata needed to locate and investigate the reported result. You may optionally upload supported attachments.
Generated content is not copied into a feedback ticket unless you explicitly enable “Attach the current generated content.” When enabled, we create an immutable snapshot of only the reported item where possible. We do not copy the original PDF, audio recording, webpage, or other source material. For image-generation reports, the authorized snapshot may include the result image and generation parameters.
Feedback text may be processed by an AI assistant to suggest a short summary, category, and possible duplicate tickets. Attachments, authorized content snapshots, email addresses, and original source material are not sent to that classifier. AI suggestions do not change a ticket until an administrator confirms them.
Ticket text and messages are retained for product support and quality improvement. Attachments and authorized snapshots are deleted 90 days after a ticket is resolved or closed, unless it is reopened before cleanup begins. Account deletion and verified privacy deletion requests remove attachments and snapshots and disassociate or erase identifying feedback data as applicable.
We use your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws for the following purposes:

When a signed-in user sends product feedback or reports generated content, we store the feedback conversation, account association, page and technical context needed to investigate it. Attachments are optional. A copy of generated content is saved only when the user explicitly enables the content snapshot option; source documents and recordings are not copied into the feedback ticket.
We may use an AI model to suggest a short summary, category, and possible duplicate reports. These suggestions do not automatically change or close a ticket and are confirmed by a Notoo administrator. Feedback conversations are private and are not published as a public roadmap.

A verified account-deletion or privacy request removes attachments and snapshots and disassociates or removes identifying account information where required.
Notoo is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to remove such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the Product or by other appropriate means. Continued use of Notoo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
